YEARBOOK EXTRAS
We are going to have several pages in the Yearbook that will feature our Angels in various ways. It may be with their age when they left us,by their special interests or their relationship to us. If you are an Angel Families Subscriber and you have filled out the Initial Yearbook form, you may fill this form out to tell us what pages you are interested in. Please limit your choices to 2 pages, as we intend to include all of the Angels who have been submitted for these special features.
When you have completed the form, please send a photo to judiesmart@hotmail.com.
When you send the email, put the special feature in the SUBJECT so that it can been seen easily. Also, please include the name of the Angel and names of anyone else in the photo.
